Plaintiff Litigation Attorney | Kendall/Pinecrest/Dadeland 

An established and growing plaintiff-side firm in the Kendall/Pinecrest/Dadeland Area is seeking a talented Attorney to join its team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for advancement to partnership for a driven litigator eager to take on meaningful work and grow with the firm.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3–10 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or complex civil litigation

  • First-chair or strong second-chair trial experience required

  • Strong deposition, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy skills

  • Willingness to travel as needed across the Southeast U.S. for hearings, depositions, and trials

  • Excellent research, writing, and case management abilities

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of litigation from intake through trial and appeal

  • Serve as lead or supporting counsel in jury and non-jury trials

  • Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs

  • Work closely with clients to deliver compassionate, results-driven representation

  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high-value and complex cases

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $135,000 – $200,000+ commensurate with experience
