SEEKING SENIOR ACCOUNTANT FOR A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION FIRM

I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Commercial Construction Contractor seeking an experienced Senior Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.

I am looking for a hard-working individual in the Accounting Industry ready to join a motivated team. Accountant Experience Required. If you have an interest in the Accounting Industry and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate and complete financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Performing bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and other account reconciliations
• Maintains vendors and subcontractors W-9’s, COI for G.L. & W.C. Insurance and prepares annual 1099’s
• Performing variance analyses, and other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5 years’ experience as an Accountant
• Must be proficient in scanning, Microsoft Office programs and related computer skills
• Notary Public is a strong plus but not required
• CPA is a Plus
