Key Responsibilities
Strategic Litigation Leadership: Oversee and lead litigation strategy for cases involving real estate, property law, and employment disputes.
Caseload Management: Independently manage a busy and growing civil litigation practice.
High-Level Counsel: Provide sophisticated legal advice and representation to a diverse client base.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant civil litigation experience.
Bar Admission: Must be an active member in good standing of the Idaho State Bar or eligible for reciprocal admission.
Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills are essential for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $120k-$160k Based on Experience
