Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Litigation Leadership: Oversee and lead litigation strategy for cases involving real estate, property law, and employment disputes.

  • Caseload Management: Independently manage a busy and growing civil litigation practice.

  • High-Level Counsel: Provide sophisticated legal advice and representation to a diverse client base.

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

  • Advocacy: Represent clients in negotiations and all stages of the litigation process.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant civil litigation experience.

  • Bar Admission: Must be an active member in good standing of the Idaho State Bar or eligible for reciprocal admission.

  • Skills: Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Mindset: A team player who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a busy caseload with professionalism.
