A respected and design-focused civil engineering firm in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to join their growing team. This is your opportunity to manage high-visibility projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors while working with a collaborative and technically sharp group of professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Take full ownership of projects from concept through construction—planning, design, permitting, and delivery.
Oversee and coordinate site layout, grading, stormwater, utilities, erosion control, and roadway design.
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong communication, expectations alignment, and satisfaction.
Lead project schedules, budgets, internal teams, and consultant coordination.
Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years of land development experience with a focus on civil site design
Strong technical proficiency in grading, drainage, utility design, and Georgia permitting
Proven project management experience and ability to interface with clients and regulatory agencies
PE license preferred, but strong EITs with relevant experience will be considered
