Position Highlights:

• Serve as a key resource in day-to-day HR operations
• Collaborate with leadership on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance
• Support and help implement company policies, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Kronos software a plus, but not required
• Strong generalist background across HR functions
• Must be able to work onsite
