Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate matters—evictions, easements, title disputes, and boundary conflicts
Licensed: Florida Bar license in good standing
Litigation-Ready: Comfortable handling all phases of litigation including pleadings, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
Skillset: Strong legal writing, strategic thinking, and case management abilities
