The firm handles a broad spectrum of real estate litigation, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, easement and boundary line issues, quiet title actions, and contract enforcement. Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate matters—evictions, easements, title disputes, and boundary conflicts

  • Licensed: Florida Bar license in good standing

  • Litigation-Ready: Comfortable handling all phases of litigation including pleadings, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial

  • Skillset: Strong legal writing, strategic thinking, and case management abilities
