What You’ll Bring:
✔ 2+ years of experience in a lead project management role
✔ Background in heavy civil construction
✔ Experience in one or more: excavation, demolition, underground utilities, grading, paving, or site work
✔ Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership drive
✔ B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred (but not required)
