We are seeking areliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a manufacturing company in Minnesota who enjoys staying organized, keeping things moving, and being an important part of a team that builds great products.
In this role, you’ll be the person who helps keep materials flowing through the facility—from receiving incoming parts to shipping finished products out the door. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and working with a team to make sure everything runs smoothly, this could be a great fit.
Pay scale: $19-24 per hour based on experience
What You’ll Do
Receive and inspect incoming materials, parts, and supplies
Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
Label, stage, and store materials in the correct inventory locations
Prepare and package outgoing shipments to ensure safe delivery
Generate shipping documents like packing slips and bills of lading
Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments
Keep accurate records using an ERP/inventory system
Support production teams by making sure materials are available when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with shipping documents and inventory systems
Basic computer skills (ERP experience is a plus)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment
Full-time, onsite position in a manufacturing setting
Active role involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Occasional overtime during busy production periods
