I’m partnering with a reputable and growth-oriented construction company that is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to quality, safety, and team development.

• Years of construction experience with a strong background in field leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety protocols, and scheduling

• Excellent communication when working with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
• Ability to prevent delays, troubleshoot issues, and uphold company standards
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations and ensure job sites run safely and efficiently
• Mentor and support superintendents, foremen, and field crews
• Monitor schedules, manpower allocation, and project progress
• Conduct regular jobsite walks and ensure quality assurance
• Collaborate with executive and project leadership to resolve challenges
• Maintain consistency in processes, safety culture, and delivery
