3+ Years of Experience | Casual Dress | Potential Ownership Opportunity

An established law practice is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney with at least three years of experience. Defense-side experience is preferred, but attorneys with plaintiff-side workers’ compensation experience are encouraged to apply.

This opportunity offers a casual dress environment and the potential to purchase the practice from the owner down the road—an appealing path for an attorney interested in future ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workers’ compensation cases from initial evaluation through resolution.

  • Research legal issues and draft pleadings, motions, and other case documents.

  • Review medical records, evaluate claims, and develop case strategies.

  • Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.

  • Maintain clear client communication and manage case deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Active Oklahoma law license in good standing.

  • 3+ years of workers’ compensation experience.

  • Defense-side experience preferred; plaintiff-side experience considered.

  • Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and build lasting client relationships.
