We are working with a well-established painting contractor that has been in Business for over 35 years! Based in North Andover MA, they complete more than $10M+ a year in commercial projects, ranging from small retail stores to $100M+ Schools. At any given time, the company is working on 50+ projects from Portland to Hartford. A major component to their success is that they have established customer loyalty and strong industry connections. They are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Paint Estimator & Business Development Manager for an in-office position.

Sales experience required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promote company services
  • Build Client Relationships (New and Existing) 
  • Being out in the field and identifying project opportunities to bid for our estimators
  • Direct sales to our customers and existing clients
  • Outside sales to perpective clients

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful business to business sales experience or construction estimating experience with a proven track record of achievement
  • Technical knowledge preferred
  • Ability to understand and present products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficiency in account management and building a book of business
  • Hunger and motivation for sales and new clientele
  • Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
  • Paint and Coatings knowledge preferred
