Position Overview: Surety & Fidelity Associate/Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation support in Surety and Fidelity cases, including smaller dealer bond matters.
- Assist with professional liability cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case files.
- Priority focus on Surety and Fidelity while also supporting broader litigation needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience:
- Candidates should demonstrate a history of managing and taking responsibility for legal files.
- Eager and willing to learn new practice areas quickly.
Work Environment:
- Onsite position with collaboration across practice groups.
- No set billable hour requirements:
- Collections-based system with high Surety and Fidelity rates.
- Achievable targets (~1,700 hours) compared to typical 2,200-hour requirements.
