Looking for a paralegal position where you can focus on quality work without tracking billable hours and clients satisfaction is a main priority? A law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support real estate, probate, and business/corporate matters in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys throughout the litigation process, from case opening through resolution.

  • Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and other legal documents.

  • Manage case files, attorney calendars, court deadlines, and electronic filings.

  • Assist with document review, legal research, and preparation for hearings, depositions, and trial.

  • Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and other parties.

  • Assist with documents related to real estate, probate, and business/corporate matters.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of paralegal experience, with a background in litigation and experience in real estate, probate, or business/corporate law.

  • Strong drafting, organization, communication, and deadline management skills.

  • Familiarity with court procedures, e-filing, and legal document management.

  • Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team.

  • Careful attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
