Responsibilities
Lead and manage survey projects from fieldwork to final deliverables.
Prepare boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
Draft legal descriptions, subdivision plans, and other survey documents.
Oversee field crews, provide technical guidance, and ensure quality standards are met.
Utilize AutoCAD and survey software for efficient project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field.
Licensed Land Surveyor in New Jersey (additional Northeast state licenses a plus).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey instruments/software.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $90,000 – $180,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
