Plaintiff Personal Injury Trial Attorney - Brain & Spinal Injury Focus

*Confidential application process*

Are you an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with a passion for securing justice for clients facing life-altering injuries?

A highly successful and well-respected plaintiff's firm is seeking a driven and skilled attorney to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to focus your expertise on challenging, high-value brain and spinal injury cases while being fully supported by a dedicated staff.

Salary listed in base, not including bonuses.

The Opportunity:

This role is ideal for an attorney who excels at negotiation and settlement but possesses the experience and confidence to take a case to verdict when necessary.

  • Case Focus: The majority of your caseload will involve complex and significant brain injury and spinal injury cases.
  • Trial Work: While most cases are settled favorably before trial, you must be comfortable and ready to handle all aspects of trial litigation when settlement is not possible.
  • Practice Focus: You will be provided with full support staff (paralegals, legal assistants) to manage administrative tasks, ensuring you can focus 100% on the practice of law—strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, negotiation, and courtroom work.
  • Compensation: The firm offers a solid base salary commensurate with experience, plus an attractive, high-potential bonus structure tied to case success.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney, with a strong preference for candidates with significant experience handling brain injury and/or spinal injury cases. Will hire someone who wants to transfer from Medical Malpractice.
  • Litigation Skills: Must have a track record of successful negotiation and settlement, as well as first-chair or significant trial experience.
  • Bar Membership: Must be currently licensed and in good standing with the State of California.
  • Work Schedule: This is a 100% in-office position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule.

If you are looking for a role where you can truly make a difference in your clients' lives, be well-compensated for your hard work, and practice law without being burdened by administrative duties, apply today!
