Requirements:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • Experience in commercial insurance or related field.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to navigate various software applications effectively..
  • A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mandatory: Hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • Educate Clients on services and best practices.
  • Document all customer interactions in the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while adhering to company policies and procedures..
