A fast-growing and highly regarded architectural signage company is expanding and looking to bring on a motivated Account Manager. Known for its commitment to quality and innovation, this team delivers custom signage solutions to a wide range of clients—from commercial to architectural spaces.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the signage or graphics industry who enjoys building client relationships, managing projects, and working closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong and lasting relationships through exceptional service.
Sales & Business Development: Help expand current accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, install) to keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.
Proposals & Quotes: Prepare accurate, timely proposals and estimates tailored to client needs.
Issue Resolution: Respond to client concerns quickly and effectively, providing practical solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Stay current with materials, production techniques, and industry trends.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and project activity in company systems.
3+ years of account management, project coordination, or customer service experience in signage, graphics, or a related industry
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPad tools; CRM experience is a plus
Working knowledge of signage materials, production processes, and installations preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven
