Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney – Financial Services (Los Angeles | Hybrid/Remote)

A boutique litigation firm based in Los Angeles is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its Financial Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong litigation foundation who is looking to grow within a high-quality practice that emphasizes mentorship, strong case development, and long-term advancement opportunities, including a clear partner track.

The role offers flexibility with hybrid or fully remote work options.

Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial and business litigation matters within the financial services space
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents
  • Support case strategy from intake through resolution
  • Collaborate closely with partners on complex matters
  • Participate in hearings and court proceedings as needed

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of civil or commercial litigation experience
  • Strong preference for commercial, business, or financial services litigation background
  • Deposition experience required
  • Trial experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently and work within a team environment
