Job Title: Transactional Corporate Attorney

Location: Boston, MA

Experience Level: 2+ Years

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Corporate Attorney to join our team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience handling a variety of corporate transactional matters and will be eager to take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on a range of corporate and business law matters, including business entity formation and governance.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other transactional documents.

  • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.

  • Provide counsel on regulatory compliance and general corporate strategy.

  • Work directly with clients across industries, supporting their business and legal needs.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility to waive in).

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate transactional practice, including experience with business formations, contracts, and M&A.

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to excellent client service and teamwork.
