About the Role

We’re seeking a Support Specialist to join our operations team in Ocean County, NJ. This individual will serve as a key liaison between sales, operations, and clients—ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, has excellent organizational skills, and brings experience managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between sales, clients, and internal operations to ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Manage workflow and follow-through on multiple active projects.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to resolve inquiries and maintain satisfaction.
  • De-escalate issues and ensure timely resolution under pressure.
  • Support internal operations in managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Track, document, and communicate progress across departments.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, client service, or project coordination.
  • Background in engineering, real estate, or public accounting/tax highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or workflow systems a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60K–$75K (DOE)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (occasional OT during busy season)
