Senior Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

Role

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Take full ownership of project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Direct and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee contracts, change orders, and risk management processes
• Drive successful project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Excellent communication and client management skills
