Key Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules• Oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications• Maintain strong client and contractor relationships• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience• Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking• Familiarity with project management software platforms• Excellent communication and leadership skills
