Join a progressive and patient-centered surgical practice seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) with 3+ years of First Assist experience. What You'll Do:
First assist for plastic and gender-affirming surgeries
Conduct pre- and post-operative evaluations and follow-up care
Collaborate with a compassionate, inclusive surgical team
Support patients through their surgical journeys with sensitivity and professionalism
Participate in care planning and patient education
Ideal Candidate:
Certified PA with at least 3 years of surgical First Assist experience
Experience or strong interest in plastic surgery and/or gender-affirming procedures
Skilled in wound care, post-op recovery, and patient education
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering inclusive care
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
