4–8 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in medical malpractice and/or personal injury matters
Demonstrated experience handling cases from intake through resolution, including active participation at trial
Proven ability to manage a busy docket with minimal supervision
Superior legal writing skills and strong analytical ability
Unimpeachable ethics and sound professional judgment
Exceptional relationship and communication skills, both with clients and colleagues
Substantive trial experience and hands-on responsibility
A principled, preparation-driven litigation environment
