PROJECT MANAGER – HEAVY HIGHWAY, CONCRETE, & ASPHALT

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in asphalt paving in a supervisory role.
  • Expertise in Heavy Highway, Concrete, and Asphalt Construction.
  • DOT and government project experience is required.
  • Ability to mentor and lead two less-experienced Project Managers.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage crews, subcontractors, and inspectors professionally.
  • A commitment to quality control and safety enforcement on-site.
  • A proactive, organized self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
