Job Description

We are partnered with a leading contractor in the construction industry, specializing in high-quality commercial masonry projects.  They are committed to delivering exceptional results and creating lasting value for their clients.  As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Commercial Construction Masonry Superintendent to join their team.  This company offers great culture, compensative pay and benefits, and growth potential.
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 (paid weekly)
  • Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance: $600–$800/month
  • Health Benefits: 100% employer-paid for employee
  • 401(k): Begins after 1 year, with 100% match
  • Schedule: 40–45 hours/week (Typical day: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Commercial Construction Masonry Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure site safety, daily inspections, scaffolding readiness
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety documentation, and jobsite prep
  • Coordinate with GCs and manage subcontracted labor
  • Attend meetings, maintain daily reports, and preplan work weeks ahead
  • Review drawings and ensure build quality
  • Manage paperwork, permitting, and jobsite logistics

Qualifications Commercial Construction Masonry Superintendent:

  • Must have Load-Bearing CMU experience (non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years in commercial masonry
  • 1+ year as a superintendent
  • Procore proficiency preferred (or must be willing to learn – all processes are digital)
  • OSHA 30 is a plus
  • Clean background
  • Strong and stable job history – no job hoppers

  • Government facilities (e.g., Coast Guard)
  • Precast / Veneer
  • Structures requiring seismic/earthquake compliance
  • Retrofit to brand new construction
  • Hospitals, clinics, clean rooms, scan rooms, CP rooms, infusion rooms, data rooms, surgery rooms, office suites, power plants, parking decks/lots
