Construction Project Manager (Residential Construction)

A growing residential construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. This organization has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and subcontractors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager who enjoys leading projects from start to finish and wants to work in a collaborative environment with strong growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from planning through final completion
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and overall project timelines
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work meets quality standards
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or budgets
• Maintain strong communication with clients, field teams, and leadership
• Ensure projects meet all safety, regulatory, and building code requirements
• Track project documentation, reporting, and updates

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction
• Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction processes and home building
• Ability to organize resources, timelines, and subcontractors effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits

• Industry-leading compensation, range from $87,000 – $142,000
