Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction

Are you an experienced professional with a background in heavy civil project management? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team, specializing in bridge construction, footings, drilling, and concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of heavy civil projects, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Manage project workflows, including scheduling, procurement, and on-site operations.
• Contribute to estimating processes to support successful bidding efforts (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in heavy civil project management.
• Expertise in bridge construction, foundations, drilling, or concrete work is a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple crews effectively.
