Construction Superintendent – Custom Home Construction

A leading custom home builder is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for high-end residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected builder specializing in large custom homes valued at $5M and greater.

The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who can manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure exceptional construction quality while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for custom residential projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and job site personnel
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate construction timelines and sequencing of trades
• Maintain job site safety and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate project updates with Project Managers, leadership, and clients
• Track progress and resolve issues that may impact project completion

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Experience managing residential projects valued at $5M or greater preferred
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Proven ability to lead multiple phases of construction simultaneously
• Stable work history within residential or custom home construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $95,000 – $140,000 per year
