Help Wanted: Construction Superintendent – Federal Projects

The nation’s top general contractor, known coast-to-coast for excellence and award-winning projects, is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee high-profile federal and military base projects with one of the most respected names in construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all onsite construction activities for large-scale federal projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and quality control.
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on federal or military construction projects.
• Strong background in project leadership and field management.
• Deep understanding of federal compliance requirements and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
