Concrete Project Manager- Commercial Construction

Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Management of all project team members (project engineers, superintendents)
• Mentor, develop and train project engineers for fast-paced growth
• 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope
• Cost control/monthly status reports
• Challenge and support jobsite and self-perform work team
• Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results
• Coordinate and manage the execution of planning and scheduling of projects

Concrete Project Manager Qualifications:

• Experience reading and understanding project plans and design materials, must be able to accurately read and interpret blueprints
• Understanding of A.D.A requirements, testing and inspection procedures concerning concrete construction
• 5+ years in Commercial Concrete, 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Concrete self-performing diverse concrete projects
• Experience doing layouts, excavation, formwork, installing and reinforcing is preferred
