Do you love the details? Thrive on structure, strategy, and solving puzzles in estate planning and administration? We’re on the hunt for a skilled and self-sufficient Trusts & Estates Paralegal who’s ready to take ownership and drive cases forward without constant oversight.

This in-office role is based in Raleigh, NC, and ideal for someone who knows the ropes and wants to make a meaningful impact from day one.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or trust admin
• Familiarity with North Carolina-specific procedures a big plus
• Confident in managing projects independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great with deadlines
• Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + experience with Clio or similar legal platforms
• Someone who doesn’t just “get it done”—but gets it done right
• Ambition to grow into a leadership role over time? Even better
