Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed legal descriptions for boundary and construction surveys.

  • Perform office and field duties related to land surveying projects.

  • Represent the firm professionally with clients and stakeholders.

  • Solve complex problems, ensure a high standard of work is maintained.

  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion while maintaining client communication.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in land surveying.

  • Experience with residential and commercial projects preferred.

  • Familiarity with the local market is a plus.

  • Strong field and office capabilities.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.

  • Skilled in construction calculations and related documentation.

  • Committed to delivering quality work efficiently and effectively.

  • Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the relevant state (or ability to obtain quickly).

  • Proficient in field instruments and AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.

  • Solid understanding of the full surveying process.
