Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations and personnel within our production department. This role ensures all company standards are met with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct production line staff daily.
Maintain adherence to safety, food safety, GMP, HACCP, SOPs, and company policies.
Provide training, coaching, and performance management for team members.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and troubleshoot issues quickly.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in food manufacturing.
5+ years of leadership experience, including scheduling and managing performance.
Experience with multivac sealer, tray sealing, thermoforming, or flow wrapping a BIG plus.
Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
