A well-established union contractor is looking to add a Land Surveyor with strong layout experience. Steady work, good crew, full union benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle jobsite layout on your own
Set points and take accurate measurements
Work with field teams to keep projects moving
Support day-to-day site operations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience doing layout in the field
Can measure off, set points, and work independently
Comfortable on a jobsite, not an office role
Reliable and knows how to get work done
Compensation & Benefits:
$75,000–$95,000 based on experience
Full union benefits
