Project Manager – Commercial Construction

A high-performing Atlanta-based general contractor is looking to bring on a Project Manager to take ownership of commercial projects from precon through closeout. This is a company with strong financial backing, a deep pipeline of work, and the kind of stability that lets you focus on running your jobs—not worrying about what’s next.

In this role you’ll be trusted to drive the process, keep teams aligned, and deliver projects the right way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
• Work directly with ownership, architects, and subcontractors
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor management, and cost control
• Keep projects moving—solving problems and making decisions in real time
• Partner with field teams to ensure execution stays tight

What They’re Looking For

• Experience managing ground-up and/or large commercial projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project flow
• Ability to run a job confidently and keep all parties aligned
• Someone who takes ownership and follows through
