About the Opportunity
We’re working with a well-established and growing restoration company in the Richmond area that is looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll run projects end-to-end, work directly with clients and adjusters, and play a key role in delivering quality work in fast-paced, high-stakes situations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Oversee scheduling, materials, and resource allocation
- Conduct damage assessments and help define scope of work
- Handle estimating, supplements, and change orders
- Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Solve problems in real time to keep jobs moving forward
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing restoration or construction projects (water, fire, reconstruction, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage crews and subcontractors
- Comfortable working with insurance carriers and project documentation
- Solid understanding of construction processes (HVAC, electrical, structural, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at once in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license
