Assistant Project Manager – Restoration (Richmond, VA)

About the Opportunity

We’re partnered with a growing restoration company looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to support ongoing projects and help drive execution in the field.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a full Project Manager role while gaining hands-on experience across all phases of restoration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Project Managers on active restoration projects
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination
• Track job progress, documentation, and communication
• Work with subcontractors, technicians, and clients
• Help manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment
• Review timecards, invoices, and job costing
• Assist with quality control and site inspections
• Help resolve jobsite issues and keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For

• Background in restoration, construction, or similar field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Familiarity with project management or PSA software is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
