Reconstruction Project Manager (Restoration)

Overview

We’re hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial rebuild projects following fire, water, and storm damage.

This role focuses on the reconstruction side — managing jobs from approved scope through completion while keeping projects on time, on budget, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials
• Review scopes, handle change orders, and keep jobs on budget
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams
• Ensure quality work and on-time completion

What You Bring

• Experience in restoration or construction project management
• Strong knowledge of residential/commercial rebuilds
• Comfortable managing subs and multiple jobs at once
• Insurance work experience is a plus
• Xactimate or similar software preferred
