Residential Construction Bookkeeper/Office Manager
We are currently partnered with a leading residential construction company renowned for its quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a diligent and experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in project management tasks and documentation.
- Utilize BuilderTrend software for project tracking and management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper and Office Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with BuilderTrend software is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
