Senior Electrical Engineer – 100% Employee-Owned Firm | Lead Boldly and Build What Matters

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000 (depending on experience and licensure)

We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who’s ready to take charge—on paper, in the field, and in their career. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll work on everything from power distribution to security and control systems—while mentoring junior staff and shaping design from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Electrical Engineer:

  • Lead electrical design for power, lighting, fire alarm, security, and more

  • Oversee construction documents, specs, and field investigations

  • Collaborate with internal and external project teams

  • Support construction administration and client coordination

  • Mentor up-and-coming engineers and help drive quality

What You Bring:

  • BSEE or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering

  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer or similar

  • PE license (or actively pursuing it)

  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and electrical design tools

  • Experience with A/E consulting and water/wastewater systems a plus
