About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our growing team. This role provides hands-on exposure to a variety of commercial, industrial, and office construction projects while developing your technical, management, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities
Support Project Managers in budget tracking, cost analysis, and procurement
Monitor progress on-site and in-office to ensure project milestones are met
Communicate with subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders to keep projects on track
Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and excellence
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
2+ years of construction experience preferred (commercial, industrial, or residential)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment
