Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with proven expertise in paid advertising and digital strategy. As a senior member of the Marketing team reporting directly to the CMO, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term market expansion. This position requires deep experience in scaling multi-platform advertising campaigns, integrating performance data across systems, and applying insights to deliver measurable results.

Job Type: Full Time, Remote

Responsibilities for the Marketing Manager:

  • Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to drive leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage campaign lifecycle strategy, creative development, targeting, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze data from CRMs, GA4, and ad platforms, create dashboards and reports to guide strategy and budgets.
  • Oversee inbound marketing (Email/SMS campaigns, onboarding flows, promotions) to maximize conversions and retention.
  • Drive CRO efforts using tools like Optimizely and Hotjar to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Implement AI tools and marketing automations to enhance efficiency and scale campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align paid media strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements of the Marketing Manager:

  • Proven success managing and scaling high-budget paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and CRM systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced reporting and analytics skills (Google Data Studio or similar).
  • Experience improving website conversion rates using CRO tools and methodologies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills; ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and innovative, with a passion for testing and adopting new marketing technologies.
