A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to join their Oklahoma City office. This is not a seat-filler role. We are not primarily looking for a manager — we are looking for an experienced insurance defense attorney whose professionalism, preparation, and work ethic naturally set the standard. We have two motivated, capable younger attorneys in our OKC office who are ready to grow. They need someone who has been there, and knows the game.
For the right attorney, there is a path to a managing role down the road. But first and foremost, we want someone who loves practicing law, is confident navigating complex litigation, and genuinely wants to try cases.

The ideal candidate is an attorney with 10 or more years of experience, with a significant portion spent at a defense firm handling complex matters. Trial experience is required. We want someone who understands the strategy, pacing, and realities of insurance defense litigation from the inside — not just in theory, but in practice.
Beyond the casework, we need someone who leads through preparation, professionalism, and work ethic. A team player who is not afraid of hard work, is willing to invest in the attorneys around them, and has aspirations to grow — whether that means trial leadership, a supervisory role, or helping to expand the practice.
