Estimator – Commercial Construction
An award-winning and growing General Contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. With over 40 years of experience, they are a progressive commercial construction company known for delivering high-quality projects and building long-term relationships with clients and employees. Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial ground-up construction projects

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents

Solicit and review subcontractor bids and supplier pricing

Work closely with project managers, field teams, and leadership to develop competitive proposals

Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and project planning
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience estimating commercial ground-up construction projects
-
Experience with large-scale projects ($30M – $100M)

Project experience in sectors such as: Healthcare, K-12 Schools, Higher Education, Churches, Office Buildings, Municipal / Government, Facilities, Industrial Projects, Parking Garages
(Note: Projects do not include high-rise or multi-family construction.)
