Job Title: Traveling Superintendent – Industrial/Commercial Construction

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team and lead the on-site execution of large-scale Industrial, Commercial, Tilt-Wall, Warehouse, Data Center, and Mission Critical construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, ensures safety and quality, and delivers projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, and quality control.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain schedules and project timelines.
- Lead project meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs with owners, architects, and engineers.
- Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Track and report daily progress, site conditions, delays, and productivity updates.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and support staff to forecast schedules and resolve field issues.
- Act as the main on-site point of contact for all trades, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial/industrial construction.
- Like to see candidates with projects valued at $30MIL and above.
- Proven field leadership on tilt-wall, warehouse, and mission critical projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and safety.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) to project sites across the U.S.
- OSHA 30 certification required: CPR/First Aid a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
