Production Supervisor

Seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for industrial manufacturing to join our team as an Industrial Manufacturing Production Supervisor!  Ideal Production Supervisor candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of managing production teams. Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of production workers in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility. Our Production Supervisors work closely with the production manager to plan, coordinate, and monitor the production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and delivered on time to meet customer demand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the production process from start to finish
  • Ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
  • Managing and training production staff
  • Lead Multidisciplinary team in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Effective manage production schedule to meet production targets and deadlines

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with MRP/ERP systems
