Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment and machinery used in manufacturing operations. This hands-on role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs
• Communicate with team members and customers to provide status updates and technical support
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve problems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred
• Knowledge of PLCs and automated control systems
