A majority of the team does work on-site, but they understand that people may reside outside of the local area and are open to a hybrid work arrangement.
The managing partners know the value of work/life balance and have a 1600 billable hour requirement. If you bill more than that, you will be paid a bonus per each hour billed, even if it is written off or not collected. They add in discretionary bonuses as well. The firm has low turnover and a majority of the team has worked together for 10+ years.

Working with partners handling labor and employment litigation and advice/ counseling
1600 hours- hourly bonuses + discretionary bonuses
Hybrid- starting ideally one month on-site then three days at home, two at home
