About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution. Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met.
Prepare demand letters, settlement packages, and trial exhibits.
Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support cases.
Track case developments and update attorneys regularly on case status.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
Strong understanding of personal injury law, procedures, and documentation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
