About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal injury law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution.

  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents.

  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.

  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met.

  • Prepare demand letters, settlement packages, and trial exhibits.

  • Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support cases.

  • Track case developments and update attorneys regularly on case status.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.

  • Strong understanding of personal injury law, procedures, and documentation.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

  • Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
